Someone had to say it! We are right in the middle of hibernation time, our bodies need more sleep, warmth, and stillness. Itās no wonder that most people cannot successfully change their habits in the dead of winter, which then brings on more feelings of failure and guilt year after year. ļøYuletide, which lasts until Early February atĀ Imbolc. At Imbolc, we create laser-focused intentions for the year to come, and we have all of the energy of springtime to aid us in achieving them. Living within this natural rhythm has balanced out my life (and nervous system) in such a profound way AND made my productivity levels soar!
